SEA LIONS SNORKELING
With no doubt, one of the greatest attractions of La Paz and the Sea of Cortez are the sea lions, probably the BEST PLACE IN THE WORLD to interact with them.
On our tour you will have the opportunity to swim and play with them. On the islet known as La Lobera, there is a colony of more than 400 sea lions. During the mating season, which includes the months of june, july and august the islet is closed for both swimming and diving, giving them the opportunity to carry out this process in a calm manner. In September, when tourism opens again, the babies begin to have contact with humans and become extremely curious and playful. Our guides will provide you with all the necessary information, as well as the tools to carry out the activity safely and fun. All our guides are bilingual and have extensive experience in the area. This is the great jewel of the Sea of Cortez.

IMPORTANT CONSIDERATIONS
This tour lasts approximately 7 to 8 hours depending on weather conditions. We visit the most important sites of the Espíritu Santo Archipelago such as San Gabriel Bay, Los Islotes, Bahía del Candelero, the arch of Isla Partida and if there is an opportunity to spot dolphins or whales, we will approach them to take photos and videos.
From June 1 to August 31, all aquatic activity with sea lions is strictly prohibited since it is mating season, resuming again on September 1, the only activity allowed during this period is observation from the boat.
