IMPORTANT CONSIDERATIONS
La Paz is one of the few places in the world where you can enjoy swimming with whale sharks in a conscious and sustainable way. It's an activity regulated by Mexican authorities.
Access to the whale shark area is limited to a maximum of 14 boats per shift, with four shifts per day. Shifts are assigned daily in the morning and the schedule depends on the authorities. In case of bad weather, the activity may be rescheduled or a refund will be issued.
